The Role

We need a recruiter that is ready to get in on the ground floor and is hungry to disrupt the world of industrial automation. If this sounds like you, then read on.

We are looking to hire a Recruiter responsible for attracting talent through both candidate identification and engagement. You will execute strategic candidate and company research, do cold outreach to candidates, “sell” Formic to potential candidates, leverage social media to build our employer brand, and build out our recruiting processes as we scale.

This role requires recruiting experience, aptitude with ATS systems, critical thinking skills, people skills, world-class sourcing abilities, and a track record of success in uncovering high-quality talent.

What You'll Do

Partner with Formic leadership to define the job descriptions and candidate identification process for each role

Actively source candidates through ATS, direct channels, social media, internet, working with external recruiters, and strategic research

Generate candidate interest and manage job postings across various sites

Build out sourcing and ATS processes that will scale as we grow

Clearly articulate and sell the Formic value proposition to in a competitive landscape

Pre-qualify talent through profiling, evaluations, and trait-based assessments

Assess candidate quality and sources across the team to ensure fast and efficient delivery of talent, accountability for candidate experience, efficiency and quality of pipeline

Design and manage interview processes to give candidates the best experience possible

Continuously innovate, experiment, and develop our recruiting processes and methodologies

What You Have

BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related field

3 + years of experience in talent acquisition specifically within a recruiting/sourcing capacity

Experience in the automation or manufacturing industries is a plus
